Delivery

■Shipping costs: All products are delivered free of charge nationwide, but only within Japan.
Shipping costs outside of Japan vary depending on the region.


■About shipping methods: The shipping method will be specified by our store and, as a general rule, customers cannot choose the method.


■Check delivery status Enter your inquiry number on the delivery company's website to check the status.


■ Regarding delivery times, we use a delivery method with a tracking number to ensure delivery to our customers.
Generally, your order will arrive within 2-3 days after delivery is completed. (It may take 3-4 days for deliveries to remote islands, etc.)
Please note that this does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are taking place.


■Regarding damage during shipping: We will take great care when packing and preparing for shipment to ensure that the outer box is not scratched or dented, but after delivery to the delivery company, there is a possibility that damage may occur during transportation due to some kind of trouble or the delivery company's responsibility.
We ask for your understanding that there may be scratches or dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the product.


■If you are not at home If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence and you will be asked to arrange for redelivery.
The package will be stored for 7 days from the date of shipment, and if the storage period expires, the package will be returned to us.

Returns and Refunds

■Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience If the product is unused, we will accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 14 days of placing your order.
(Please note that products with the protective film removed cannot be returned or exchanged.)

Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.


■Regarding returns/exchanges due to initial defects or incorrect delivery, we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, we will handle the return/exchange.
If there is no replacement stock available, we will refund your money.
(Shipping costs will be borne by our store.)

■About the cooling-off period The cooling-off period is a system that applies to door-to-door sales, etc., but is not required to be applied to mail order sales.

Our products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
In accordance with the warranty regulations, we will repair any defects that occur during normal use free of charge for one year.
