Shipping

■About shipping charges: All products are shipped free of charge nationwide, but only to destinations within Japan.
Shipping costs for shipments outside of Japan vary depending on the region.


■ Regarding shipping methods, the shipping method will be specified by our store and, as a general rule, customers cannot choose the method.


■Check the delivery status Enter the inquiry number on the delivery company's website to check the status.


■ Regarding delivery time, we use a delivery method that includes a tracking number to ensure that products are delivered to customers.
Generally, it will arrive within 2-3 days after shipping is completed. (It may take 3-4 days for remote islands, etc.)
However, please note that this does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held.


■Regarding damage during shipping: We take great care when packing and preparing for shipment to ensure that the outer box is not scratched or dented, but after being handed over to the delivery company, damage may occur during transport due to some kind of trouble or the delivery company's responsibility.
We ask for your understanding that there may be scratches or dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the main unit.


■If you are not at home If you are not at home when the package is delivered, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence and you will be asked to arrange for redelivery.
In addition, the storage period for packages is 7 days from the date of shipment, and if the storage period expires, the package will be returned to us.

Returns and Refunds

■Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience If you contact us within 14 days of placing your order, we will accept returns or exchanges for unused products.
(Please note that products that have had the protective film removed cannot be returned or exchanged.)

Please note that shipping costs incurred for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer.


■Regarding returns/exchanges due to initial defects or incorrect delivery: We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges.
If there is no exchangeable stock, we will provide a refund.
(Shipping costs will be borne by our store.)

■About the cooling off period The cooling off period is a system that applies to door-to-door sales, etc., but there is no obligation to apply it to mail order sales.
Since our store is a mail order store where customers can make their own decisions and understand and confirm the details of their purchase, the cooling-off period does not apply.

Our products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
In accordance with the warranty regulations, we will repair any defects that occur during normal use free of charge for one year.
