Damage During Shipping
We take great care in packaging each order to prevent any damage to the outer box before dispatch.
However, once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, unforeseen incidents during transit may result in damage beyond our control.
Please note that minor scratches or dents to the outer box that do not affect the product itself are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
