JPW's first model [JP-001 -FUJI-]

The first model has a simple design so that as many people as possible can purchase it.
The drive system is mechanical , making it a fascinating tool.

The case size is 38mm , which is neither too big nor too small, and combined with its design, it can be worn in a variety of situations.

Carefully crafted design

We have eliminated unnecessary decorations so that you can wear it whenever and wherever you want , in any situation, at any time.
The indexes are arranged alternating between Roman numerals and wedges .
The hands are Breguet hands with an elegant design.
The overall look is minimalist, yet sharp, delicate and exudes a classic atmosphere.

A discerning open heart

An open heart type that allows you to enjoy watching the movement of the internal mechanism.
They are sold by many brands, but most of them have round openings.
The opening recommended by the movement manufacturer, which I will explain later, was also round, but I felt that there was something original and rebellious about it, so I decided to make it round.

We wanted to incorporate a design that expressed "Japan" so that we could be proud of the fact that it is a Japanese-made watch, but we didn't want it to be blatantly "Japanese-style."
By coming up with the idea of ​​designing Mt. Fuji as an open heart, we were able to stylishly and symbolically express the refined, understated, and Made in Japan nature of the product.

(I don't want to say this out loud, but I hope that one day it will become one of Japan's leading watch brands...)

Carefully selected body material

-316 Stainless Steel <br>The case is made of 316L stainless steel, which is also used in medical equipment.
Also known as surgical stainless steel, it is said to be less prone to rust and scratches than regular stainless steel.

- Sapphire glass <br>Sapphire glass is used for the crystal.
Compared to the commonly used mineral crystal glass, it is a harder material and is therefore less susceptible to scratches and breakage .
Its Mohs hardness scale, which indicates hardness, is 9 , and it is said that the only thing that can scratch it is a diamond, which has a Mohs hardness of 10.

The movement, which is the heart of the watch, uses MIYOTA's Japanese-made " Cal. 9029".
This is a 9000 series thin mechanical automatic movement , positioned as a premium model .
The standard vibration frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, also found in luxury watches, ensures more accurate timekeeping.

Special Belt

The strap, which has a larger surface area that touches the skin than the watch itself, is also perfect.
Initially, I was thinking of using a standard cowhide leather strap, but after consulting with a familiar leather merchant and considering various types of leather, I decided on sharkskin , which is the material we have adopted this time.
It is made in Japan from the skin of blue sharks, which are caught for food in Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture , and is flexible, durable, and scratch-resistant .
It is characterized by its natural, intricate, uneven pattern, and no two pieces are exactly the same .
It is said that it can be used for ceremonial occasions because it is purified with sea salt, so it can be worn in formal settings.
Of course, just like cowhide, you can enjoy the changes that occur over time .

It has a one-touch lever spring bar so you can enjoy matching it with other belts of your choice, and it can be attached and removed without tools.
